I have been experimenting with small scale brewing for some time and now I have a couple of very good recipes which all of my friends love. Right now I have a couple of food grade buckets I use for fermenting wort and making little batches of sanitizer. I do not bottle anything right now. Instead I have a friend who works for a major brewery and his boss lets him trade my kegs in for freshly sanitized ones. He is a really big fan of my work and that is really nice. He even took some of it to the brewmaster, who said it was like some beer he had tasted in the Czech Republic or something. Right now I am going to start out slow, so I need more stuff to make bigger batches.
